@haroldtsaxon asked: "His name is Jax... He's a time lord and he's as far as we can tell he's a teenager or the equivalent of and he... certainly acts like one." The social worker says about the grumpy-looking kid who was sitting in a chair in her office with a pair of crutches next to him.
"He says his regeneration went wrong or something and that's why his legs don't work... anyway I don't know what to do with him, I was hoping you might be able to help... especially since we've already put him in three foster homes which he ran away from and/or got kicked out of."

Jack shifts on his feet, sneakers squeaking a bit as he looks away from the social worker and toward the grumpy-looking kid. He had a fairly good amount of experience with children and Time Lords but only a little less with teenagers. How different could a Time Lord Teenager be?
The Immortal pursed his lips together and ran a hand through his hair, letting his hand drop by his side. "Alright, yeah I can help. I got a spare bedroom with a bed. We can go shopping for the stuff he needs." Jack smiles softly, over at Jax. "I'm sure we'll get along just fine."
At least he hoped so, with him being a fixed point in time and Jax a Time Lord, it left Jack wondering how well the two of them would get along. He no longer worked for Torchwood, since well Torchwood was no more. After traveling the universe, he decided to settle down again and work for UNIT.
