One Fine Sunday Brunch in Bunla Wonderland feat Po & Bo. A straightforward food theme by bringing up #breakfast or #brunch set, 2 big #croissant, 1 #cinnamonroll and a cup of #hotchocolate with brown sugar cream or #flatwhite in what my buddy usually ordered every single morning at work or before German class. What I love about this painting is the accent table and my mug design, they look vintage but with modern twist. While #skylight is derived by my previous painting, Infinite Morning Rays and also is present in my twelfth painting, The United Synergies of Po & Bo (see the tissue as reference that is it located at future Po & Bo). The #sunflower pot is exactly designed after one @bellawoolala kept on her desk, the one she sneaked in while shopping with her mom 😅 Hopefully it is going to bloom by this spring. Finished painting: "Infinite Morning Rays", this painting is all about absorbing the positive energy from #morning #sunray and using it to grow exponentially like an #ultraman. The two #koi shaped #fountains are the vocal point, and this idea to bring koi as the center of attention came from my ex 1/10 Atlantic St housemate @stevensudarwan. The initial plan was an #Indian #Totems on the center of #rock, but #koifountains seem cutier 😄😄😄 The koi statues are in the middle of #horseshoecanyon like a photo captured by @bellawoolala earlier this October and how she is representing the little koi to mama Bunla as the giant #statue. The land is divided into 4 seasons, 9 clock to 12 is spring (green for a new life), then followed by 12 to 3 for summer (yellow for longer daylight), 3 to 6 for autumn (reddish brown to signify the falling leaves) and 6 to 9 for winter (blue that indicates rain and chilled temperature). "The 12 Bunla's Sun Flare Croissants" inspired by croissants from @lunecroissant and @supermoonbakehouse. Well, personally #croissant is too difficult for me to make by myself, high failure rate, very unlikely for me to make the all time favorite pastry of @bellawoolala. So the best I could do is to draw and paint croissants hahaha The #sunflare / #solarflare idea came from an emoticon/sticker we usually exchanged every morning called Spinning Sunny Bunla. There are 12 croissants because that's the model for this #painting (thanks #Melbourne #Lunecroissant IG post). The two croissants exactly within the circle are painted to describe Isabella while the two croissants on top of circle (the blue-green and dark red-orange) are representing her family. The #flares are extending to penetrate all the croissants around the circle with Isabella's #positivevibes and #nuclearfusion #powerhouse like the #sun itself. If anybody is trying to get her number, part of it, is very clearly visible there (hint the double digit) 😆 #UnitedofColours #BurstofColours #ModernArt #ContemporaryArt #sunflower

The finished painting of "From dawn to dusk to dawn". The idea behind this painting is very simple to bring a verse from bible and elaborate it into a tangible image. Not even remotely in my mind that one day I will have a painting based on the #verses in #bible, however @uusferdy challenged and conformed me to absorb every word in #Psalms 91:2 and use my imagination to create a thoughtful painting. In general, it's a straightforward painting to deliver the message that when God is with us, we shall not fear to move forward or to stand out from wicked world. The painting itself is designed into 3 parts from the beginning, the bottom one is a fortress protecting us from wickedness, the middle one is representing that miracle will come even at the most unexpected event; while the top one is expressing how God is blessing us by reshaping our character filled with His goodness. Thr title itself is derived from the fact that this painting is set at 4 different #timezones, #dawn, #day, #dusk and #night before returning to dawn again. The top two parts are displaying dawn on the left, day in the middle and dusk on the left, while the bottom one is evening/night. Anyway the #hotairballoon is designed after a #medieval one in 18th C recently also engraved into @vacheronconstantin latest collection, truly an #artistic and #engineeringmarvel at that time. The #lily is chosen as the main #flower this time, add that #百合 holds a good meaning to signify the harmony of this couple. Ofc there is an element of #sunflower in each part as well, @bellawoolala believes that it is representing how we shall be grateful walking into a #brandnewday. Talking about the #mountain, it's shaped like a couple of hand palms. There is no occasion when God is not watching us over, even during the toughest pitch ever...
