Mikoshi World order and unity of effort
Cultural festival states provide opportunities for everyone to learn about the emerging Mikoshi world order of civilization states. They can help their cultural groups advance in their reciprocal and intercultural interactions of sharing and learning. These values are already feature in many build momentum festivals of cultural festival states. But most cultural states have difficulties in integrating these values into their nation states learning-culture. A big part of the problem is that there is no concept of sharing of common happiness between nation states as they consider happiness as a dimension in national development rather than a component of the global development united effort.
