The Great Escape :: OPEN

To cite  the words of a woman beautiful by completely distinctive standards Kamitsure did not want to be alone, she just wanted to be left alone. She had been raised in a world where she was often unaccompanied, left to humor herself and inhabit her own thoughts. Her mounting fame had nearly wiped that escape away. Every time she left her home, stepped out of place, or did anything out of the ordinary she ran the chance of being open to scrutiny whether it came from fans or the media.  

There had been of course a rose colored period where she had loved the attention, even thrived in it but the constant barrage of invasion soon took it’s toll, it was at this point that Kamitsure grew inventive with her escape.

Wigs, elaborate makeup, even costumes were stashed all around both her home and gym just in case she needed to make a quick escape. On a particularly blustery winter morning she had left her gym donning a short grey wig and a large fur coat. Her distinct features were covered by a large pair of sunglasses, despite the overcast conditions and from the shifty way she moved from place to place she earned more than a few curious glances. Locals of Nimbasa were used to their gym leader’s peculiar antics and could spot her faulty costumes from a mile away. Most of them would just give a simple nod, maybe a little chuckle and a wave but they’d usually respect her motives.

It was for this very reason that she felt comfortable going for tea and lunch at local cafés what she didn’t expect was that her favorite would be utterly swamped due to the pouring rain. Her large eyes narrowed behind her glasses as she scanned the small charming business, there wasn’t a free table anywhere, there was however a spot open at a window table. Giving a little apprehensive huff she made her way over eyeing the person that she’d be sitting with- they didn’t look like they’d be a bother, it’d be best to grin and bare it.

  “Mind if I have a seat dear?” She says in a half-baked accent. She gives little time to answer before seating herself across from the stranger. She does her best to smile charmingly, her pearly teeth yet again giving away her actual age. “Must be the weather this place is never this packed.” She murmurs before giving a wave to a waitress who nods, already knowing her order.
