Have you been taking advantage of the universal search feature in your ServiceTask account?
In general, universal search is a feature that pulls data from several databases to display on the same page. Universal search, or blended search, places different types of results within a general search. Universal search can only benefit ServiceTask users and make using the software easier. As a user, you are able to get information better. When you click on the Search button, a box appears where you can search by customer, job, address, tag, crew, etc. It makes it so much easier to find what you are looking for and your results include anything related to your search giving you a broader range and more choices.
