Homegirl grew up in Rio and the West Indies, but moved to Brooklyn a few years back to study music, and now she's coming up quick as the illest, if only, NY-based funk carioca vocalist in the WORLD. By all accounts this chick is a badass but I've never interviewed her before, so if you tune in (4 PM!
