I've been trying to design the Unknown Devil. Or, at the very least, the appearance IT takes after reincarnating on earth. And I've been having an easy time with the concept (after all, for a Devil based off the concept of the Unknown, having it be an anonymous mass of shifting matter compressed into an amorphous shape forever hidden underneath a hooded cloth is kind of a no brainer), but adding some sort of physical flair is something I really want to do.
Have been considering taking inspiration from Darkness Devil. While Darkness is a primal fear, drawing some of its concept from the fear of the Unknown, the Unknown Devil IS that concept. Fully, wholly, having ITS roots in Darkness and in other concepts that rely on it for the basis of their fears. Deep Sea, Space, so on and so forth.
Especially within the context of the Unknown Devil within the storyline I've set, where the Unknown Devil had let Darkness kill and consume ITS body so THEY could reincarnate on earth and truly experience death firsthand. So.. having the Unknown Devil's design draw inspiration from the Darkness Devil (in terms of its rough face shape and horn placements) wouldn't be too far fetched, right.. 👀💧?
