YES FINALLY!!! I'm so so so keen on her, I even want to make a special tag on my blog JUST for her. SIGH. Unfortunately, WYJMFMPIISTOMK (Jesus, what an initialism!) will be rebooted (I'll keep the first chapter for archival purposes, but I found the whole thing so shit, so I just need to have like a refresh and try to plan out WHERE I want the story to go. I definitely want to do something with it, but I want to make sure it's executed properly, and I will try not to scrap it!! (like my jackal fic.. It's not scrapped its sort of just hasn't been updated in a while, and I paused my thinking about it. oops!)
As for the forbie fic, it's most definitely a one-shot (because the plot I have in mind wouldn't really progress much after a certain point I expect it too cough cough major character death), so really do expect it to be a lengthy read, but I have to do a lot of research into writing this while listening to Ethel Cain (I know, I know, but separate art from artist) and if you're wondering, what research? Well, for starters, I did not grow up in a rural southern Baptist town, and I also very recently found out they kind of beef with normal Catholics, and I have a tendency to do everything perfectly. I'll even visit a church! (Maybe. But it would be a fun little trip.) I expect it to be more than 40k words, so it will be a work in progress, but worth it and very rewarding. Since I'll be writing dark topics for the first time, I sort of have to get over my own comfort zone and actually read and write and try to familiarise myself with it.. Also, I'm rather very occupied with school, but i won't be very soon (i think) (leave it to me to sign up for a million things!!) anyway thank you sm for this ask ily king/queen
