Whumper who always acts super happy and is all smiles when around/having a whumper session with whumpee. Even going so far as to say nearly everything in an extremely cheerful tone. Ex.
"Wow! You bruise so easily!"
"You look so cute when you're covered in bruises!"
"Look at you, trying to look so tough when you're trembling like a leaf!"
"Hearing your cries is like music to my ears, darling!"
