Bird no. 224. Emotional range . Practicing different bird emotions and thinking about the many times I've said "hey what happened to the chips?" 😂 . Emotions seem to be all in the beak, eyes and posture. It's easy to turn that beak up into a smile or down into a scowl. Bird eyes can mimic human ones, given shape by a smiling cheek or a furrowed brow. Crests give a lot of room to play - they can be on high alert or flattened like angry dog ears 😂 If you are drawing a whole body, there are even more possibilities! . #unsoliciteddrawingtips #imjustsaying #ithinkitscool #drawingfaces (at Montreal, Quebec)
