The only thing that could convince Godseeker of the Pale King’s true identity.
In a world where Godseeker met the Pale King and did not recognize him in the slightest.
PK has a lot to think about.
Does godseeker not see the various King statues and idols in Hallownest???? Or does she 'dare not worship false idols of the gods'?
Some people are extremely stubborn about ignoring the most obvious things.
Grimm's still around.
I can hear the "My Root?" "My Wyrm?!" "my Wyrm!" "My Root!" uwu-ness once they're reunited.
Godseeker do be oblivious lol.
godseeker pls
I love how WL calls Hollow an It, while PK calls them a They. ;w; I can feel the attachment. Oof.
Yeah, the White Lady was able to keep her emotional distance. PK on the other hand....
Pictured above: The downfall of Hallownest
The Godseeker see the Flukemarm, a vengefly, a Nosk, and a Moss charger who is bug covered in leaves as a potential god and starts spouting praises at them. But her companion who looks like the statues, religious relics and symbols they can find everywhere.
To be fair to Godseeker, the other 'beings' she praises she had no expectations for them to meet. With no bar to surpass, anything they do is impressive. But the higher beings that she's actively seeking, she has extremely high hopes for. So when PK doesn't match what she believes he's supposed to be, she just assumes he's not it.
