In Impossible Spell Card there exists a file called title01, which contains the elements from the Main menu and the Options menu. Similarly to previous games, the "On" and "Off" options are unused.

Unused Kagerou portraits from Impossible Spell Card
Pretty much all of the portraits, besides one (which is not included in this collage) are unused. They appear in the game files of Impossible Spell Card but don’t seem to actually appear in game. You can see her portrait during day 3-1 if you use the yinyang orb as a main item, but it’s just only one facial expression of the many found in the game files. It’s mostly because the assets were the same from Double Dealing Character so I think ZUN didn’t bother to delete the rest.
Please let me know if any of these portraits actually appear in Impossible Spell Card and I accidentally missed that.
Unused Yatsuhashi portraits from Impossible Spell Card
Even though Yatsuhashi uses the same portraits as in Double Dealing Character, there are some facial expressions that are not used in Impossible Spell Card, despite existing in the game files.
Unused Raiko portraits from Impossible Spell Card
Raiko has the same portraits as in Double Dealing Character. However, these three facial expressions do not appear during her dialogue in Impossible Spell Card, despite existing in the game files.
Unused Keine sprites from Impossible Spell Card
Unused Yuyuko sprites from Impossible Spell Card and Violet Detector
Unused Ran sprites from Imperishable Night and Impossible Spell Card
In Yukari’s spritesheet, you can find Ran’s sprites, although she does not appear as an opponent in the game.
