✩*~ Ephemer didn’t seem afraid of the creatures, almost looking at them curiously; however his attention was solely focused on the dark figure before them. Taking slow but steady steps, he made his way towards the other; almost as if walking on a tight rope. They didn’t know the other, but they could tell the other was suffering.

he hears vanitas call after him , the distinct sound of a keyblade being summoned , & a slight ‘tch’ leaves him. he’d spent so long trying not to be found , & he was stupid enough to blow his cover. he stops a bit deeper into something similar to a labyrinth , knowing vanitas will likely still catch up to him. why does he even want to follow him ?? shouldn’t he let terra disappear again ??

he’s got enough regrets regarding the people he hurt with his choices , vanitas was on that long list as well. his shoulders tense , & under his hood he frowns deeply. he doesn’t want to face the people he hurt , not when he still holds them so close to his heart.
he just wants to make this right , once & for all.

The princess is sitting on the floor in the library of the Land of Departure. Her back in the bookshelf---- sitting there alone and hoping to find no one there. Kairi went there without telling the others. She wanted to be alone, to somehow make them feel safe without her around. Without feeling she is the one making them feel hurt. Kairi heard someone approaching, but it didn‘t make her move from her place.

At first, his reaction seemed like he had been displeased. She burrowed her brows in worry, only to have them rise as her eyes widen in surprise once he took a hold of her hand and wrote back. A smile instantly shined on her features as she looked toward him again with a small laugh leaving her. Was this another way of making friends? One could only hope. What should she do next? Say her name? That’s what people did when meeting someone new, right? She’s seen it so many times it would only make sense for her to follow by example. “I’m..Strelitzia..” Though, now her shyness began to creep through the cracks of her smiling face. “--It’s nice to meet you..”

Oh what a liar she was right now. Of course she was fooling them, trying so hard to make it seem like everything was ok, that everything was fine. That everyone was going to be fine.And to thinks she was the biggest fool of all for she almost believed what she was saying to them and herself. Still..

✩*~ The angel blinked in surprise when gold met blue, feeling the light sting of the other’s claws on his soft flesh. Their wings fluffing out behind him as he looked at the other. Although rather than being intimidated by the other, an amused look danced on his face.
“Oh? And wouldn’t you get in trouble with the others for bringing me to your less than holy home? I doubt the other demons would be too pleased with that. As interesting as your offer is.”

♟Xion couldn’t help but smile a tiny bit at the other’s reaction. Honestly, they had been expecting something a bit harsher... but then they noticed the hints of a smile trying to make its appearance on the other’s lips. A hum left her as she lightly brought finger up to tap at her chin at his words.
