Who was the one to propose: Jean
Who stressed more over wedding planning: Mikasa --she wasn't quite a Bridezilla, but she would panic if even the tiniest of details was out of place.
Who decorated the house: It was a team effort. Both of them wanted something different, but they finally compromised.
Who does the cooking: Jean. Mikasa can prepare some dishes, but Jean is the real culinary mastermind.
Who is more organized: Mikasa.
Who initiates bedroom fun:Jean.
Who suggested kids first: Mikasa. It came up accidentally when Mikasa heard a name she really liked.

Who falls asleep first: It takes a while for Jean to fall asleep. He tends to think more about the war at night, when his mind is the busiest. Sometimes it can stir up a bit of anxiety, but Mikasa can help him calm down. She usually waits until he's asleep before she gets settled.
A head canon: Mikasa's feelings for Jean came about the day he saved her life from the Titan. At first she tried to deny it, thinking it was just a result from the adrenaline, but after quite some time passed, she was finally able to admit it. She told Armin first, and Armin accidentally let it slip to Eren, who got the idea that they were already dating. So, he ended up getting into a fight with Jean. Jean, who was in a bit of shock when Eren confronted him about it, got knocked out. It was Mikasa who tended to the giant bruise on his head. When he woke up, Mikasa finally shared her feelings with him.

Usually he hated intimate things like handholding and cheek kisses. Then again, he did that with girls and that usually ended badly. But with Jean, it felt so right. He just wanted to be close to the boy, to share happy memories. The feelings somewhat appalled him by how girly he was acting. The feelings were strong, to the point he was unsure if he should say the next few words. He wanted to, but it was the other's reaction that scared him most.
