Been awake less than 20 minutes and we’re already on the first big panic attack of the day. This is getting ridiculous now. The genuine fear of my own mind is becoming too much and I’m going back to becoming the very person I tried so hard to get away from.

I know the whole world is struggling at the moment with the COVID-19 situation and people are in worse situations but I don’t think I can do this any longer.

The ‘visitors’ are back and in full force and people are getting mad that I’m asking if they’re okay but when someone is telling me that people are gonna get hurt I need to check.

I don’t want to lose anyone, I’ve already lost myself trying to fight my way through a situation I thought I’d come away from and now I’m losing people trying to protect them from the same thing.
