UOWLOB ink is Dirty Brother confirmed
yes the image placement is intentional COUGH I MEAN
Not gonna lie. I’m EXTREMLY nervous about a response I’ve been working on for a long time. It tackles a difficult situation, one that’s very dicey for me to cover. It’s slightly uncomfortable for me just because I haven’t been too exposed to it nor have I experienced it.
This specific response is designed to show why Papyrus is so concerned about his AU's 'Sans' suddenly vanishing with a unusual trail, and shows his previous experience with his brother. It will also be the next step to showing how Papyrus's brother eventually will get over his own grief and move on.
I want to add another thing to the story as it is a fanwork of the original Undertale game and fanworks people have made of the game. For me it's like 'it's not really that deep but wouldn't be interesting if it went that deep?' I wish to use it as a way to add to Undertale's core ideas and story!
While this interactive does explore darker themes, my intention is not to dwell in despair, but to use those moments to reflect the real struggles of life. Even in the midst of hardship, I want the story to retain a sense of warmth and hope, showing that darkness does not erase the possibility of joy. No matter how overwhelming things may seem, there is always the chance for growth, healing, and a better future, and it is that resilience and optimism that ultimately sits at the heart of this interactive story.
But I’m pretty sure I’d have to add a rating of 16+ if I do so, as it covers Suicide attempt.

ANSWER YOUR ASKS, KEANI
I'm kinda new to this one, but I gotta know.
... what is actually the SaveFile Sanses here??? I'm sorry for asking, but I really don't know what's going on-
You're actually the first to ask!
Savefile!Sans, and just about every variation of the- well, variation of sans, is a fragment of a sans that I made based off the classic sans!
The origin of the different Savefiles comes from an unnamed alternate universe, which replicated the classic Undertale in almost every way except for the fact that Gaster and Sans switched roles. This was an alternate universe that I had filled with many headcanons, where Wingding was a brother to the skelly brothers.
Instead of Gaster possibly falling into the CORE, there was a minor explosion which both Gaster and Sans were caught in the explosion. While I don't recall how or when it happened, Sans had accidentally discovered the existence or Savepoints, and learned how to harness it's powers. This led to a gruesome cycle where Sans kept resetting back in time to prevent Gaster from getting exploded by the CORE reactor malfunctioning. After possibly a few hundred attempts to save Gaster, he managed to succeed and instead, got fractured across space and time instead. This ends up leaving Gaster in Sans's role, while the current variations of Savefile to be created!
Save file #1, #2, and #3 were created at the same time, and were the original main fragments of this Sans.
Sketch Dump:
Wanted to give my two cents on the poll you posted a bit ago.
I think it’s ok if you want to add darker themes into the comic, and that it shouldn’t be something to shy away from.
Undertale itself also goes into darker themes. Both flowey and chara make attempts on their lives, and chara’s is successful. Alphys is implied to commit suicide in some of the neutral endings (whether or not that actually happens can be argued, but the point still stands)
Theres an entire route in the game where you kill everyone, and even if you only kill a few people, you’re still challenged for that.
Undertale is written in a really unique way where on the surface it looks fun and friendly, but once looking deeper, or hell, even just playing in a different, darker, way, it gets to be a really heartbreaking story. Even in the most hopeful route of the game, the pacifist route, you still learn that a child poisoned themself in the hopes they could save everyone they loved. And it likely wasn’t the first time they’ve tried something like that (it’s purposely vague on charas original intentions for climbing the mountain)
Even just by interacting more with characters like sans and asgore you can already find darker themes. Sans can be read as having a type of depression, and asgore is grieving over the loss of his kids, his divorce, and having to make the decision to take the lives of 6 others.
I think all that being said, Undertale is the source material for this comic. And while it doesn’t seem like it at first, Undertale doesn’t shy away from showing darker themes in its story, while still having an E10/T rating (depending on if the version has the dog casino, of all things). If you want to up the rating or give a content warning before the heavier pages, by all means go ahead, that’s not a bad thing at all. I think what I’m just trying to say is you don’t have to be afraid of it, because the source material itself goes into heavier themes when it needs to. So if you think it serves the story, then i dont think it should be excluded.
Sorry if I got a bit rambly lol, I just wanted to share my thoughts on it and I figured this was the best way to do so. At the end of the day it’s your story and your decision, I just wanted to give an outsiders perspective to see if it could be of any help.
THANK YOU MYSTERY PERSON!
