Guys, it feel so good being back to work 😁 exhausting.... Tiring but good.

Now that I'm back to work though I am trying to make sure I'm maintaining my channel, it will be a bit of time between videos, I will most likely be uploading my StarFleet Academy Season 1 review Wednesday (with Theory as I've had quite the juicy idea sprout over the last couple nights at work.)

Why Wednesday? Well, I'm happy to say that I have taken my first steps into investing in my channel and ordered a better Microphone and a proper Cam. No more old Turtle Beach headphones and forward facing phone cam 🎉🎉🎉 and I'm excited to take both out for a spin so will be making sure to record Wednesday as soon as the Mic arrives, Thursday if it arrives late afternoon.

But, beyond the next video I am finishing up One Piece LA Season 2 and will 1000% be making. A video to go over my thoughts on that, not just because it's brilliant but because some of the changes made for the Netflix series have revealed/retconned some lore we should talk about.

Anyway, this post is getting long and wordy, I will let y'all know when the new equipment arrives, probably with a picture and celebratory post.

I appreciate everyone who has muddled with me through the low quality days and hope these improvements to my content will be worthy of retaining all of you lovely people. And as always, I hope you have an amazing day, Much Love Friends 🙏❤️

And well. I didn't take well to that.

Not just because of the stupid af gendered language. Bc lbr, if Moxxie was a female character who gets bullied to the degree he does, people would not make fun of him nearly as much (especially as badly as they did at the beginning of the fandom) and in the way where it is "lol, well he's a wimp" bc when you're a guy and you lose at something like the Pain Games, you DESERVE it, right? RIGHT? RIGHT??

So taking it as a challenge, I went through each ep and listed examples of the times where you might count Moxxie as having moxie. It's a bullet list, so it turned out longer than expected.

5 pages in google doc. Wow. Maybe that's because they built character AROUND the name.

Moxie means "fighting spirit" and "know-how." Almost like he has a lot of know-how and a fighting-spirit. But the thing a lot of people notice is he's a small male who isn't macho like Blitz and Striker. Why is that not surprising. Also why is it not surprising the question was worded with "balls" in mind?

Anyways, I still need to edit the damn thing. But you can bet I'll be sharing it. Fairly certain it's unhinged. But only because I'm unhinged. I actually love this character so it's typed with love.

ps- yeah i do think questions like that go a bit deeper bc as a survivor of abuse and someone on the spectrum, i think coded language is used to weaponize and 'other' certain people if they don't fit into expected boxes/categories. and then there is an 'excuse' to treat them poorly. in this case it's a gender thing. but in other cases it might be a neurotypical/neurodivergent thing. then there's the race thing. the orientation thing. etc. It can become anything.
