Progress shot of a coat i am upcycling. I bought this plaid wool coat at steamposium and got the wool i needed to add to it this summer (free i might add). I worked through the sleeves as they were a skosh tight in the upper arms. Took off pockets, tabs and cuffs. Added new wool to sleeves. Next plan is to add to the lower half wool wedges to give it more of a skirt/peplin effect.
