News! Some bad some good.
First, finally got an answer on Fable's skipping gait. As I suspected, the vet said she has a bad patella. He said he would not do high impact competition like agility and flyball (naturally) with her but he'd be ok with us still doing obedience and the like. I am going to see if we could possibly get her skipping more under control so we could compete but if not that's ok too. Just glad to know what it is so we know how to handle it.
On a related note, I contacted a PRT sport person/breeder about possibly eventually getting one of her dogs (I'm thinking 2ish years if possible) and she was SO wonderful. I am looking forward to getting to know her and her dogs even if I never get a dog from her.
Anyway, I just started a new job outside the dog industry and I am really pretty happy about it. We are all doing well save for Darwin who is sick but hopefully on the mend with some antibiotics.
