Got off the phone with #metronet. They got back to me and we did all the tests we could over the phone. Still no fix for the upload speeds. They're sending a tech out to have it checked later this week. Well, I was going to stream... but my upload speed has tanked drastically for some reason. I reset my connection with the router and still it's this bad. This is completely unacceptable. No news on the site about any disruptions in my area. My download speed is just fine. Not sure what happened.
