Review of Upnature’s Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender has a good number of uses in skincare, and helping with stress and anxiety. I received some Dutch Lavender Essential Oil from UpNature for free in exchange for my opinion, so let me tell you what I think of it! First, the bottle is 4oz, and full to the tippy top, which is super nice! I always appreciate getting my money's worth. Second, some Lavender flat out stinks. I'm not sure if it's a quality problem, but UpNature's isn't the kind that punches you in the face with lavendar. It smells kind of like I just crushed a good bit of lavender in my hands or walked across it in a forest. A few drops will do ya. But it isn't overpowering. It's a lovely herbal scent. Not the "Old lady-overpowering" version I've found sometimes that kind of makes me want to die inside.

I like to put a few drops in my clay face masks to combat acne, or place a few drops on the back of my neck before I sleep to help relax me. Our dog also has pretty bad separation anxiety so I put some around the room before we leave to calm her down. It's also supposed to be an antiseptic. I feel like the price, and quality of this essential oil is a pretty good deal! If you want to buy it you can find it here.
