Further about Jumping For Heroes:
Just like Rosie said one day, I am also usually really shy and socially awkward. This was one of the reasons I was really nervous before I was going. As I posted last week, I felt like I had zero comfort zones. But the longer the day went on Friday and my travelling went well, I felt a tiny bit more confident. So far, nothing went wrong. And then Rosie and Julie picked me up and everything just felt right. Got to the camp, met the other guys and it also felt totally right. Meeting Ross, after all this time, was amazing. It wasn't as awkward as I had thought to speak in English, and of course, the more I spoke, the more confident I got. A while ago I was sure I would fangirl the fuck out when I met the cast. The closer I got though, I got more and more sure that I wouldn't. And I didn't. Because they were totally normal guys (why wouldn't they be though). On Saturday when I was getting my box signed, Ross came up to me and was all like "Guys, Emma came all the way from Sweden!" and I kinda thought "Thanks for giving me attention, Ross"(I'm weird about attention). But they were really nice about it and they thought it was pretty cool. A couple of them said they were going to be in Normandie next year and it would be lovely to meet them again.
To sum up - I already said this but who cares - : Perfect fucking people. The crew - I love every one of you! The cast - lovely people. I absolutely love how lulzy Peter was, and the stories I heard Doug tell. Everyone was really nice.
Guys. Prepare for an enormous post about the Jumping For Heroes weekend.
