OKAY SO I checked their blog out of curiosity. They go after most axolotl related posts.

They said you don't need a filter if you have a planted tank. YIKES

They feed their axolotls bugs from outside (not just worms from a fertilizer free area, slugs and bugs too??) YIIIIKES

AND THE KICKER IS::::: They suggest getting pond water from outside for your tanks and for the babies to eat the microorganisms. Oh my god yikes

But yet they think their word is gospel and they feel the need to attack other axolotl keepers.

Remember when they bulled @kai-ni? I really like her blog and her pet care is excellent. However, they have still been putting screenshots of her posts on their blog since they were blocked and they’re CONTINUING TO CRITICIZE HER. It’s uncalled for. That’s just childish.

All in all I felt hurt at first but now I realize this person is just an ass who thinks they know everything. Sure, they work in a science related field it seems, but that doesn't make them the god of the fish community. Especially when they say you won't need a filter and can just. Use shit from outside.

I genuinely try to be a kind and positive member of the community but. Justice where’s it’s due I suppose. I never claimed to be a breeder. Griffa is young, he may not even be a he. All I was saying is I’m prepared if they breed. I’ll separate them if it’s a lot. I’m totally capable of a clutch or two a year though. I care about my animals and I don’t appreciate being told I don’t know what I’m doing. Not at all.
