I wanted some funk, and I found some. And La Roux does some good sounding music. Upbeat, bright and excitingly clubby I quite enjoy this one.

La Roux follows up her excellent 2010 debut with 2014’s Trouble In Paradise, a wonderful album full of peppy disco pop, Whilst it didn’t spawn any hit singles in the vein of Bulletproof, it provided countless shimmery disco tunes like this, the first track from the record.
