Forgot to kinda introduce my characters before posting anything about them... I had pictures with their story but it REALLY changed since the time I wrote it so yeah. Better just ask questions about them if you want to know anything :DD

They're a part of Uratalia/Uraltalia I created!

Also the art is very old and ass so don't judge me, I'll redraw them one day 💔 And also something very important – no, they're not countries. They're regions. And I don't want them to be associated with separatist movements in any way.

My Hetalia oc representing Murmansk & Murmansk Oblast 🇷🇺

It was drawn without a pencil sketch so yeah it's lowkey messy. He's wearing the Kola Sámi costumes btw (if someone's gonna draw him don't use any other costumes than the Kola Sámi ones pls 💔 He represents the Kola Peninsula not the whole Sápmi)
