Our city is so fucking ass with urban sprawl and not accomidating it. If you are gonna expand cbs and torbay and all these places as far as you go MAKE SOME GOD DAMN BUSSES. Without a car you physically cant live out there, and so you've got people living on massive plots for dirt cheap, but then they need a car or more depending on how many people live in the house. Is it that hard to A - stop expanding so godamn far and make some higher density homes. or B - run some busses for these palces you are trying to expand. If paradise had like 6 busses and they treated it like a real place more poeple could move. Instead you've got 1 bus that runs like twice a day, once at like 7 30 am, and then like 4 pm, and this bus is llike BARELY even into paradise, like our city is genuinely 50 years behind on public transport and city planning it genuinely infuriates me.
