Newcrest Reimagined ✨🌳🏫
Newcrest is especially fun for family game-play and I've created many apartment style buildings so if you have For Rent you can really transform the town to accommodate lots of sims. There are X2 High Schools which are rivalries, one being a public school and the other being a very fancy private school with a boarding school across the road.

Once little more than a green stretch of suburban sprawl, Newcrest has evolved into a bustling, highly sought-after town, particularly for Sim families hoping to raise children in a "cleaner, quieter" part of the SimNation. But don’t let the picket fences and playgrounds fool you: there’s tension under the surface, and Newcrest is no longer just a sleepy satellite town.
With an influx of developers and renters, Newcrest’s older homes are now bookended by newly built townhouse rows, modest family apartments, and the occasional minimalist box build.
The town is especially popular among families due to its kid-friendly amenities and popular rival schools and its status as “The Town with Two Schools and Two Very Different Stories.”
