River Cleaning Can be Done Through a Video Game

The idea came from a non-profit organization called Urban Rivers and is in the process of raising funds through crowdfunding. Did my first volunteer shift as a River Ranger with @urbanriv. They are installing floating beds and planting native gardens to help create habitat and maybe some filtration of the Chicago River. Plastic bottles and styrofoam were my biggest haul over my 2 hours.
