“fake it until you make it”

When I started 9th grade I had a teacher who always used to say fake it until you make it , a common phrase right? I never thought about using it before because I had no idea what for. For weeks after I began looking at myself in the mirror and telling myself I was beautiful even if I felt otherwise. After a while I actually felt good, I felt beautiful. Sometimes I still feel not the best , but this really helps me. I hope it can help you too .
