The Witness Protection Program reports a 100% safety record for people who follow its rules. According to the U.S. Marshals Service, no protected witness who stuck to the guidelines has been hurt while under their protection.

Per the FBI affidavit supporting the complaint, the case appears to rest on Dugan knowing about the administrative warrant—while allegedly challenging its sufficiency to effectuate the arrest at the courthouse—and that—regardless of her challenge—creating an obligation that she not impede it.

Among the several alarming aspects of this, the affidavit is largely based on statements of other people involved in pending state court proceedings — including the underlying case of the person targeted for immigration arrest — who include a court employee, a county employee, and lawyers present.

A family in Oklahoma City said they would be traumatized for the rest of their lives after federal immigration agents raided their home, even though they are citizens.
The family wished to remain anonymous, but the woman who lives in the home told KFOR that they had moved from Maryland in the last two weeks. A search warrant for the home listed individuals who no longer lived there.
The woman said her family, including three daughters, had moved to Oklahoma in search of a lower cost of living and a slower pace of life.
On Thursday morning, 20 armed federal agents destroyed any sense of comfort by busting through the door. The men identified themselves as agents with the U.S. Marshals, ICE, and the FBI.
"They wanted me to change in front of all of them, in between all of them," she recalled. "My husband has not even seen my daughter in her undergarments—her own dad, because it's respectful. You have her out there, a minor, in her underwear."
"We just moved here from Maryland," the woman added. "We're citizens. That's what I kept saying. We're citizens."
The agents confiscated their phones, laptops, and life savings. The woman was informed that it could take days or months to retrieve the items.
"I told them before they left, I said you took my phone. We have no money. I just moved here," she explained. "I have to feed my children. I'm going to need gas money. I need to be able to get around. Like, how do you just leave me like this? Like an abandoned dog."
This story is a good reason to support the abolishment of ICE: a family in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma had their home wrongly raided by ICE goons.
