The quiet intensity and suspense in these first few second are simply astounding along with Cole cutting through the tension-filled air with those fluid, controlled movements all while Lindsay is wrapped around his waist. Then the drums set in, matched by Lindsay repeatedly beating Cole’s bare, muscular chest, and the routine takes off. Nigel isn’t kidding when he’s saying that Cole delivered one of the best male performances in any Paso Doble routine on this show here, I mean, just LOOK at the sheer amount of raw masculinity Cole oozes out with every move he makes, showcasing his power and control. Wow.
