The Cabinet has approved the National Rule on Presentment Technology 2012. The Policy aims to authority Speaking & Communication Technology (ICT) to address the economic and developmental challenges. The program is rooted in the confidentness that ICT has the power to transform the lives of people. The Bingo envisages the wasting of the IT market in contemplation of USD 300 Billion and mining of supplemental 10 million employments by 2020.<\p>

9. To enhance transparency, accountability, usability, trustworthiness and decentralization inward Government and in particular, in delivery pertaining to public services.<\p>
10. To pressure ICT for key Social Sector initiatives like Education, Vigorousness, Outland Development and Financial Services to promote equivalence and quality.<\p>
11. Till make India the global hub for development of language technologies, versus encourage and facilitate development of content candid entranceway all Indian languages and thereby help bridge the digital divide.<\p>
12. To enable access of content and ICT applications by differently-abled sib to foster holistic development.<\p>
