Hey look, that’s my photo! A rant about credit or the lack thereof:

Recently I’ve come to learn that a lot of The Last of Us fan pages, especially on Instagram and Twitter, upload my work without adding any form of credit or link to my blog. 

I’m spending a lot of hours creating and editing these photos and I take a lot of pride in doing so. I love seeing your positive reactions to my posts and it excites me to see my blog grow bigger every day as more people discover my work. 

At the same time though, it’s really disappointing to discover my work being posted on various fan pages without crediting me or linking to my blog. 

I primarily post my work here on Tumblr so they should know exactly where these photos are coming from. I consider this blatant stealing and I really don’t appreciate that. So because of this, I’m just gonna have to watermark all my future photos from now on.

You are absolutely more than welcome to use my photos. You don’t necessarily have to ask permission to use them (though it would be nice of you, especially if you want to use it as a Tumblr avatar) but please please pleeease just remember to credit me by adding “@voldsby“ in the title or with a direct link to my blog.
