oh gosh wait no i have to like sit and think about this. i don’t even know
- i do think they tried to hide their relationship from the kids at first but the kids all had a running bet going of when they would either tell the kids or get found out (run by dick of course)
- hal is definitely one of those “famous ppl s/o’s” tht everyone is obsessed with except he does not understand it at all he’s like “who is devon lee carlson and why does twitter compare me to her”
- i don’t think they ever officially started dating. i deadass think they went from just sleeping together to just eventually doing domestic shit until one day someone asks hal when they started dating and he turns to bruce and goes “are we dating???” bruce just nods
- growing up the way he did hal gives me big network television vibes and he watches SVU all the time and bruce will just watch behind the couch with his arms crossed and be like “cops don’t do that. ask gordon.”
- in terms of matt reeves’s batman i like the idea of hal helping bruce get his eyeliner off at the end of a long night but that’s the part of me that’s obsessed with non-sexual intimacy and physical touch
