Watching jump in for the first time in a while and here are my notes

- I'm ready for some ✨ character development✨ because I can't stand izzy
- all the boxer boy jokes makes me think of underwear for some reason like it's a boxers vs briefs situation

- Izzy being the troy of this movie doing other stuff. Okay? Stuff that's not their stuff. (Someone please get that reference)
- I love this soundtrack
- I love a "I'm not giving up my dream, I'm giving up yours" moment
- I love a thinly-veiled metaphor for queerness
- with the dream thing, the one dead parent, I'm so glad the championship events weren't on the same day - I don't think I could handle all the dcom tropes at once
- my mom cried at the end
- and then she freaked out at the fake out ending it was so funny
