Gallery 501 of Howard W. Blake School of the Arts is pleased to present Everything is Permitted. This exhibition highlights the work of three process driven, emerging artists in the Tampa Bay community: Jenn Ryann Miller, Leslie Reed, and Mikaela Raquel Williams. The exceptional practices of these innovative female artists includes a range of media, including painting, sculpture, photography, film, and performance.

Want to follow our exhibitions and events? ‘Like’ us on Facebook! http://www.facebook.com/HWBGallery501 About the artists: Jenn Ryann Miller received her BFA from the University of Connecticut and her MFA from the University of South Florida with a concentration in sculpture. Originally from the Northeast, Jenn pushes the field of traditional ceramics by introducing materials and processes that speak to contemporary culture. Leslie Reed received her BFA from the Atlanta College of Art and her MFA at the University of South Florida. She has worked as a freelance photographer, teacher, editor, designer, and darkroom printer, and has volunteered with human rights and environmental organizations in the United States and South Korea. Mikaela Raquel Williams received her BFA from Ringling College of Art and her MFA from the University of South Florida in a concentration in Video Editing. Mikaela is a multi-media artist from Florida that has worked against the conventions of video, installation, collage and performance art since 2007.

Want to learn to animate 3D characters and objects within digital 3D environments? This course focuses on visual story telling, the dynamics of motion, and the development compelling performances for fine art, film, and games. The course will taught by Professor Freeman and will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 pm to 3:15 pm.
Permit from instructor available upon request.
