I think I’ve tried just about every type of cake offered at Usha Uluwatu. Here this is Napoleon cake which is actually based of off the French mille feuille cake.

Oreshki - walnut-shaped Russian cookies filled with dulce de leche - at Usha café located in Uluwatu.
Russian oladi pancakes with salmon - this was my first time having Russian oladi which is basically a western pancake but with kefir. According to what I read online oladi are usually burnt around the edges but these were just the plain fluffy style.
Enjoying Russian borsht at Usha cafe located in Uluwatu - this was my second time ever trying borsht and truly my first time trying the Russian variety. Most people consider this beetroot stew with beef to be the national food of Russia.
First time trying real Russian syrniki (curd cheese pancakes) at Usha café located in Uluwatu. The first time I had ever heard of of syrniki was at Just Kitchen Georgian Restaurant where my wife and tried it for the first time, however I have come to believe that it was rather of the Georgian variety. This was real syrniki.
