I like to imagine Ushijima, a serious man of 1.92m, becoming smiling and shy when he is around Osamu, his eyes would soften just by looking at him or hearing Osamu's name being said by someone around him - Osamu would find Ushi's literal and direct way of talking funny even if he couldn't explain why, he would also love the fact that Ushi lets him chat about food or new recipes while looking at him as if he were the most precious thing in the world.

Something I thought of in a brief moment of rest: UshiOsa would probably be a couple with cute domestic energy

Out of nowhere I imagined Ushijima talking about Osamu at the most random moments, like if someone mentions rice he'll say that Osamu cooks the best rice in the world, if they talk about a restaurant he'll mention Osamu's without thinking twice (Osamu will ask him why all of a sudden several players were showing up there and Ushijima will say something like "Because your food is great" making Osamu realize that his boyfriend was doing free advertising again) and even if the subject has nothing to do with what Osamu does Ushijima will talk about him until someone stops him, often Atsumu or Hinata will make him shut up.

He just talked about onigiris with Osamu and now he's in love

I want to write something using this base image in which Kageyama had been adopted by Osamu and Ushijima but was still not used to the new house and always had trouble sleeping so on one of these nights Osamu would tell a story of how Kageyama would become the greatest volleyball player in the world and Tobio would listen to everything carefully

Osamu gives good luck kisses in Ushijima before his games and Ushijima probably thinks that's what makes him always win
