Happy flow arts Friday! I had to go in for my re-evaluation for the VA yesterday🙄 I really enjoy going in every couple of years to open myself up to my trauma again to complete strangers 🙃🙃🙃 Anyways, being on base made me miss my Navy days (but not THAT much), so I had to snap a quick video in front of some of the old fighters.
