My friend's multiply log here of the incident March 17, one of my blockmates in UST was featured in IMBESTIGADOR, a local program after the evening news in GMA. Since I didnt watch local tv too often (its 3rd class entertainment with so much moral decay) I just got the news from my friend, that have been spreading like wildfire to all my batchmates in CFAD-Advertising over the weekend ._. (I uploaded the 'imbestigador' episode in my videos here) First, GMA network is a little harsh to show EVEN the school where he came from. I mean, is it necessary to focus to the friggin diploma? (Makes me want to hide mine now :P) Geez. Im lost at words. I just feel sorry for my classmate. He is a 'diva', an out and proud gay man who have his own share of outstanding talents, graduating cum laude. He have a bright future working out for him, no questions about it. And he just seem to throw it all away because of THIS. The really big question is WHY he did it. If its for the money or sheer lust to see men naked then...argh. I feel sorry for him, but I have no sympathy for his actions. I hope he learned his lesson, now that he got caught and his face shown in tv nation wide. It will take time for people to forget such shameful publicity. But unfortunately, there is also youtube. (Newsflash: his parents 'bailed' him out. But I think the case is being taken on court.)
