𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙍𝙎 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙚.
SAVE points across all timelines and AUs have disappeared. The PLAYERs have disappeared. Nobody can SAVE or RESET anymore, and all AUs have been locked to only existing timelines. However, small fragments with portions of the original SAVE points' power have been found. Little glowing shards with the powers to RESTORE and RELOAD, distributed across AUs, spawning in place of the lost stars. In a multiverse where the power of the SAVE point has left the hands of Players, the fragments are valuable things. Naturally, people being what they are, a division has driven its way into the very code of the multiverse. Factions are rising to lay claim to these scraps of power while others rise to oppose them, all while rumors of a TRUE SAVE hover between whispers and echoes.
