Are Ixkan and Siishi from the world of Hymerrant?
Sadly no, Siishi and Ixkan are a part of older and more neurotic world building I have that I have put on pause so I can try to gain experience actually doing a form of story-telling before returning :') It's called "Uterthe" and my main blog has a better tag for it /w doodles and chara concepts!
I have been picking my own brain with the idea of a Hymerrant AU Siishi tho :)c idk how much I'll do with it though!

The punishment for regicide is death, but Kofei couldn't bellow such a command. Bereaved yet bounded by anticipations, sentencing the king slayer to exile. Stripped of their name and titles, only to be known as a pariah - Kofei lost his father and now his sister.
