My favourite part about murder time trio is that you can view their relationship as anything you want and it wouldn't be wrong. Like: murder time trio poly, murder time trio found family, murder time trio as in HorrorDust and Killer the third wheel, murder time trio as in Kist and Horror is their trophy friend they bring with themselves and so on. None of the views and dynamics are wrong, they all are awesome (In conclusion: murder time trio is awesome. If you're not familiar with them you should totally check them out)

Speaking of the people murder time trio have over each other: Killer has Color (canonically, as both of them are friends), Horror has Farm (not sure if canonically... but you can find few cute arts between them), and Dust has.... no one. No one was assigned as his therapist in this fandom. I like to imagine him with Lust, but I actually wonder who the fandom would pair him up with if, hypothetically at this point, we would give him a solid therapist. Who would that therapist be.

The thing about mental disorders/problems is that they'll never fully go away. No matter how healed you are, no matter how much you'll be convinced that those thoughts are no more, they will be still sealed deep inside of you anyway.

Horror's eating disorder will never go away. Even if he'll finally heal, regain that he has lost over the 8 years of starving, that eating disorder is still sealed deep inside of him. It will never go, and the thoughts once in awhile will return.

Killer's thinking, 'a tool meant to be destroyed', the way he expects people to answer on the mistakes he's doing and so on. will never fully go away. Even if his eyes will be open to something new, to something healthier, to something better, the old thoughts are still there. Sealed deep inside of him.

Even if Dust will, somehow, not choose to rot away and start to heal (with help of other people of course), the hallucinations of his brother and many other people he hold dear to his heart and so on. will also never go away. It will always be there.

But they now learned how to ignore them and choose different decisions for themselves that are healthier and better for their lives.

My version of Dust loves to compete, no matter how much he says it's pointless and a great waste of personal time. He's hypocritical in a way, he says to not like competing, yet always ends up competing with someone to prove he's right and they're wrong - and that's the second thing about him — he LOVES being right and hates admitting on being wrong, too stubborn to say it. Horror knows it, he oh so knows how much Dust loves to compete, and he doesn't mind giving it to him, poorly because it brings Dust some joy in being right (he doesn't realise it that he does it solely to see Dust happy, and even if he was aware of this personal factor of his, he would rather die than admit it). He competes with him by making up stuff about something Dust is knowledgeable in, or in anything else that might get Dust to compete with him. And Horror makes it easy for Dust to get competitive and act impulsively, despite Dust having an immense amount of patience and self restrain (something Horror might lack in). They bring out traits of each other that they won't let out in front of others, Horror bringing out Dust's impulsive and competitive behaviour, and Dust bringing out Horror's patience and self restrain. They bring out the opposite of each other, something they particularly 'lack' (Dust 'lacking' impulse and competitiveness due to his "eye of patience and determination', and Horror lacking patience and self restrain due to loosing his 'eye of patience and justice')

Horror, Killer and Dust but Dust is wearing the same fucking clothes he's always wearing (Aka his canon clothes or design for that matter)

Imagine an au (that doesn't follow 100% canon for few reasons) where it's been years (or maybe even a decade or more... I settle for the latter) since Nightmare's gang began to live better lives: Killer living better with the help of Color and other people (Delta and Epic.. a few more too), Horror now living better with the help of Farmtale skelebros (and Horrortale's au getting better as well), Cross and Dust now living better with the help of star sanses (Dream helping Cross and Lust helping Dust... I know what Lust is not part of star sanses but in my head he helps them ocassionaly), but then some shit happens to star sanses (... Do you guys remember Fallen Star Sanses)

Had a thought today, what if a good amount of people in the fandom headcanons Horror to be Aliza's actual father figure (including me) and the other good amount ships HorrorDust, does that technically, TECHNICALLY, makes Dust Aliza's step father

Murder time trio may kill people sometimes but they would never hurt animals wdym

Killer loves animals so much that he can't bring himself to hurt the. He likes cats most. He likes dogs. He likes foxes. He can't hurt them. None of the animals that you can think of. Unless.

Horror also has a soft spot for animals; he also has a soft spot for insects. He'd cradle a tarantula in his hands lovingly. He stares at insects and bugs with interest and love. He can't just kill them.

Though, I'm immune to bunny dust propaganda, I am not immune to the headcanon of Dust liking bunnies. They can rest on his head and he wouldn't mind. He'd feed one. He'd pet one. And though, other animals aren't his favorites like bunnies, he still couldn't bring himself to kill them. They deserve to live.
