What is the SAOverse?

Well this post needed to happen eventually, so quickly gonna answer a few questions that have been posed to me over the years in regards to what EXACTLY is the SAOverse?

What is the SAOverse?

Is a compilation of stories developped over years of roleplaying, writing and sharing stories that stem from the Cyberpunk world and tabletop game.

When exactly did the SAOverse started?

First instance of the SAOverse was in 2004 where I discovered Cyberpunk and the tabletop community in my city, thanks to an ex-partner at the time. I began roleplaying with them and kinda fell in love with the whole thing. Throughout the years I have roleplayed, written and interacted with more members of the tabletop community as well as expnded communities that stem from Cyberpunk always with the same characters, Bunny and Mina/Miwa. I eventually chose to start my own story world building under my own story, hence the SAOverse.

So why SAOverse and not Bunny or Mina something?

Yeah, I get this one a lot. Answer is simple, my story revolves about a particular corp that left Earth to conquer the stars, eventually settling in the Neptune moon SAO. This of course is through years of development and story building. In the latest instance of the SAOverse, the year is 2249 and we are focused a lot more on Nanotechnology, which is why we are a Cyberpunk/Nanopunk setting.

Will your story collide at any point with the events of Cyberpunk2077 or have any sort of impact on them?

No and yes. No for trademark/copyright issues. I do now wish to intrude into someone else's IP. But also, yes, because we are moving from Cyberpunk into Nanopunk. No actual world that stems from Cyberpunk 2020 can really be rid of its influence, and Cyberpunk 2077 in the Cyberpunk world is now canon. So while maybe my characters and corp may not be directly influenced by V's actions and Arasaka/Militech's outcomes, it will still be either mentioned or influenced.

What sort of media can we expect from the SAOverse?

Main one will be written works of fiction about my OCs and their lives, lore about how SAO Corp started, how it moved to the stars and how my characters are moving through it. However, I also have @bunnyincyberpunk and @blisshologram where you can expect FANMADE work (fanfiction, photo mode work and more) surrounding a different instance of my OCs in the Cyberpunk2077 setting if that is what you want or what you fancy.

What about the photo mode pics you use for your posts?

Those I use exclusively to add visual assistance and context to stories. Those images are not canon.
