UV Relining

Our UV-cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology is designed to restore structural integrity without the need for excavation. This advanced method is ideal for pipelines ranging from 150 mm to 1500 mm in diameter, making it suitable for a wide variety of stormwater and sewer systems.
The process involves inserting a specially designed liner into the existing pipe, then pressurising it with air to ensure a perfect fit. A UV light train is then passed through the pipe, activating the curing process to harden the liner into a smooth, strong, and seamless new pipe. The result is a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant solution that restores full functionality while minimising disruption to surrounding areas.
