Diversity in the work place is key for the customers and the employees to get an awesome experience. Me starting a new job I had to learn about this through many videos in training. It is key to growth of the company as well.
Blogger’s Challenge
Blogging for school has been quite different for me. To be completely honest, I’m pretty engaged on social media sites, but using them in class was far beyond me. Being able to use a different method than hand writing is rather interesting. I think it is more enjoyable to be able to do homework on a social site than to do it on paper. Also, it gives you a wider play field. It’s much easier to grasp ideas or understand the assignment further when you can view your class mates work. You might even get an inspiration from someone else. My blog post have been highly scholarly; in other words, an outsider might be able to tell it is for class. But although all my blogs have been for class, they are still interesting and not boring because out the layout and atmosphere that is created by tumblr.

Blogging for School
I personally enjoyed blogging for school. It was a much different medium than I had previously been use to using for school work. It also opened my eyes to what blogging has to offer it’s users because previous to this class, I had never used a blog before. I felt like I’m still learning about how to use the blog so that held me back from being able to fully utilize the technology, but I’m much more proficient now than I was when we had first started blogging. It’s also handy to have everything located in one place.
Blogging For School
I believe blogging for school has been beneficial for my writing skills since it urged me to voice facts and opinions consistently. I was able to spend a lot of time with self-reflection that gave me a better understanding of what my views are on various topics and where some of my more exact interests lie. It was a different writing style than what I am used to and it was nice to be a little more informal to take on a conversational tone. It was definitely a different experience for me since I also don’t engage much in social media and usually write in the form of a story.
Blogging for School
I think blogging for this class has been a great help for me to improve my writing skills.. I’ve been able to write with more freedom and not be pressured to write in certain format like I would an essay. Also we were given so much freedom as to how we wanted to blog. It could’ve been a question about the reading or related experience. We could’ve talked about anything which made blogging so much easier. Blogging is considered as a social aspect and not as something you would be assigned for homework. I’ve never blogged before so this was a good way to be introduced to the world of tumblr.
