User Testing

July's user testing focused on deals. Check out some of our findings:

a deal/special may motivate user to choose a place

users like the idea of 'loyalty deals' for being a Where user/frequent visitor of a place

detail page seemed to provide all of the necessary info they'd need in order to purchase

the more personalized a deal, the better

users would like to browse deals by specific categories (i.e. filter deal listings)

users were not clear on how the listing was organized

users thought offers are really enticing, would like to see instant offers
