Hello again friends! I hope you’ve all been doing well. I just posted a review yesterday but I’m back again 😘 I hope you’re all having a great start to your week - I just finished all my mid-semester tests and phew, that was a struggle.

Anyway, today I’m going to be reviewing an item from Sweet Fairy, a fairly new store that’s actually run by one of my followers @princesskealie! Sweet Fairy stocks a lot of cute tops, skirts and accessories, and they also have a wide range of shoes which is a bit different! I see a lot of unique items on there that other shops don’t stock. The item that I’m reviewing today is the Daisies Sweater! It’s a crew neck sweater with embroidered daisies, available in blue or white. Sweet Fairy also carry another daisy sweater with a very similar design which is available in white or navy.

The sweater looks exactly like in the stock pictures, and I really love the shade of blue! The sweater isn’t super thick, but it would be warm enough and suitable to wear during the winter-spring transition.

The embroidery is really well done and adds a nice detail to the sweater.

The sweater looks really nice when paired with a collared shirt / blouse or dress!

I matched the sweater with Sweet Fairy’s Macaron Top as well as a Khaki Pleated Skirt from Storedogdog. (If you’re wondering, the cosmetics featured in the photos are the Holika Holika Gudetama All Night Lip Oil + EG Lips Saranghae Zoo Dual Concealer)

Personally I think any kind of shirt - high neck, sharp collar, peter pan collar, ruffle neck, polo, etc. - will look nice with this shirt as long as its in a light complementary colour as a white or beige.

I’ve also had fun pairing it with Sweet Fairy’s Fairy Dress (review will be up later today!) as well as a long, flowy chiffon skirt from Zara.

DAISY SWEATER RATING: 5 / 5

Good quality The material isn’t super soft but it didn’t feel itchy at all, and the embroidery is really neat and well done!

Comfortable It’s a loose-ish fit so it’s comfortable to wear and able to be layered well. It fit me quite well overall and wasn’t too tight anywhere.

Not too thick but still warm Like I said earlier, this sweater is probably not thick enough for the middle of winter but it’s still something warm to through on during the start of spring or autumn. I like that it’s not too bulky.

Overall, I really liked this sweater and I would definitely recommend it for your spring wardrobe! I don’t have anything negative to say, and if you like this style of clothing, it’d be perfect to pair for spring~ 🌱

The item that I'm reviewing today is the Fairy Dress! It's a very flowy, short dress with long sleeves which is available in white. It also has the mock neck style of collar which is very popular these days.

Shoulder: 65cm Sleeve: 35cm Bust: 108cm Length: 77cm

Fabric: cotton / nylon / spandex Price: $22.50 USD

Here are some stock photos from the listing! I didn't notice it at first but the dress actually has curled edges at the hem (this effect is becoming more common too!). As you can see, the dress looks super flowy 🌬

The dress looks just like the stock photo, but the curled hem isn't as prominent (although still noticeable). Everything else looks the same.

The thickness of the material is about the same as a typical t-shirt. It's not really sheer, but I wouldn't wear dark underwear since it might show through.

The sleeves are actually a lot wider than I expected, but they're really fun to play with.

This dress is pretty versatile - I can wear it on it's own, with a jacket or with a sweater on top. The mock neck collar looks really cute when layered under a crew neck sweater (such as the Daisy Sweater I reviewed earlier), or under a loose v-neck sweater.

FAIRY DRESS RATING: 4.5 / 5

Comfortable The dress is really soft and comfortable, it's basically the same as wearing a t-shirt dress! I'm glad the fabric isn't stiff since the design is meant to be flowy. The flowy design just makes me feel so free too~ 🌬

Very short!! This is definitely a dress I would wear safety shorts with. I'm 166cm tall and while it's not tall enough to be indecent, it stops just after my butt and since it's so flowy... yeah. If you're taller than me, I wouldn't recommend it.

Easy to wear I've been wearing dresses a lot more recently since they're just easy to throw on before I leave. This dress is easy too since it can be worn with basically anything (and it's also white which is something I wear a lot).

Overall, I just really like the design of this dress. It's super flowy with long sleeves, which is pretty different from every other dress I have. It's versatile too since I've worn it casually and on nights out. I reckon it's quite versatile for the seasons too - it's probably not thick enough for winter but it's super cute for spring and summer and can be worn with a sweater and tights in autumn. I really like this dress and I wear it a lot, the only downside is that it's pretty short! 💕

You should definitely check it out (if you're around the same height as me or shorter~)
