touya and keigo meet as teens both training to be hero's, keigo ends up becoming a vigilante with touya. not sure if he keeps the name hawks, still thinking about it

whoa is my weird AU without a name again

this whole thing started bc i created this design for tomura and then started building a universe around it where everything's just slightly better and all the villains end up as vigilantes instead

what i know about his plot so far is that he is still raised by kurogiri, but AFO is removed from the picture at some point earlier on, and he becomes a vigilante maybe 3-4 years before S1 takes place
