the girls I coach train 12 hours a week and I stopped competitive gymnastics 2 years ago but I can still impress them with some of my skills and everytime I do it feels AMAZING lol

#v validating #I was never that good when I competed #they all do much better than I did #but I got to the level above where they’re at #so I was doing a lot more stuff #I still train just casually #not competitive #anymore #so I’m also doing like skill upkeep and learning new ones too #so that helps lmao

Just had my first counselling session and the whole time my phone was freezing and muting me and putting her on speaker and trying to call other people even when i put it down so i had to explain the whole reason why im still using the second hand phone i got in 2016.

I also managed to not mention my mam dying last year until the last 10 minutes because she was asking questions to get like a general Vibe of my shitty shitty mental health and it just didnt come up i guess
